GrowthSource Inc. is a sales performance consulting and professional development company. They work with leading corporations, mainly in the medical device industry, to improve the Readiness of sales teams, support and service professionals, managers and executives.
The MENTOR® Management Development Process includes a customized series of individual and team Challenges built around competencies that are critical to successful sales mentoring. The Challenges gives the learner the experience of applying what s/he has learned in a risk-free environment. These “slices of life” scenarios present issues often confronted in real life and incorporate the skills, techniques and approaches taught in the MENTOR® process.
