Yamaha Motor Corporation USA markets motorcycles, ATV’s, side x sides, personal watercraft and outboard motors through an independently owned, multi-brand dealer network. Yamaha’s market challenge is to differentiate its products among dealership personnel, increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, and increase sales.
Working in collaboration with our partner, Kavich Reynolds, we created a demonstration challenge to address Yamaha’s need to better train dealer sales people on selling Yamaha ATVs. The program showcased Kinetic Learning’s Customer-Focused Selling approach to meet Yamaha’s learning needs.
