Siemens manufactures digital imaging devices, such as CRTs, MRIs and Mammography machines. Since 2000, we've provided over 900 Customer Service Engineers nationwide with an opportunity to learn "how to fix the customer as well as the equipment" at Siemens health care sites.
This short, to-the-point video was used to start each of the approximately 60 meetings that were held to kick off the quarterly Service Team Challenge. The video succeeded in capturing the reality each Customer Service Engineer (CSI) faces in his or her daily job and primed the group to respond favorably to addressing the need for "Real-Time Task Management," requesting customers to contact the Uptime Service Center to schedule service calls, rather than call their favorite CSI to fix their machine.
